We still have a lot to be thankful for--God is good. Unfortunately, Cole's biopsy results show a significant amount of inflammation in the distal esophagus (near his stomach). We are sad for many reasons. One is that waffles, the one "real" food that he eats and requests, are now being taken away from him. In many respects we feel like we are starting over at square one. Nevertheless, we pray for wisdom and healing.
"I am determined to trust God in this period of the unknown because it's not unknown to Him. I believe with all of my heart that nothing touches this family that has not first been sifted through God's hands. And good or bad, He has allowed it to come our way. And with His guidance, He will carry us all through. And I will do my best to bring Him glory regardless of how life goes."
