Things Cole Reynolds Digs Series: Pajamas

This probably has something to do with his sensory issues, but Cole Reynolds LOVES pajamas.  He wants to be in pajamas all the time and would be if we would let him.  Most of the time, this falls in the category of choosing your battles so we allow Cole to wear his pajamas to some places that garner a few stares, rolling of the eyes and usually a couple smiles.  He always wears his pajamas to therapy and is widely known as the boy who wears his pajamas.  He wears his pajamas to Lowes pretty frequently.  He wears his pajamas to the grocery store.  He wears his pajamas to most doctor's appointments.  Recently, he asked if he could go swimming in his pajamas.  A couple of places with respect to which we have drawn the line are church, the mall, school and kidville.  I once (a long time ago) told him that if he tried to go they would say "I don't think so." and this phrase kind of stuck.  So now, he says, "they said I don't think so" when he talks about going some where that we won't let him wear his pajamas even though nobody has said something yet.
